About Us
We are a Theravada Buddhist group following in line with the Thai forest tradition of Ajahn Chah and also friends of Birken Forest Monastery.

Our meetings start with a 40 minute sitting followed by listening of a recorded Dhamma or an assigned study topic discussion.

    1. Metta Everyone;
      Just to clarify, the website is set up by Frank Laxshimalla and the sitting are also held at his house every Sundays. So Anumodana to Frank and his lovely family.
      We always enjoyed and looking forward to attend the Sunday sitting group. We also have a nice group of Dhamma practitioners. Much merits to Frank.
      May we all delight in sharing the joy and wisdom of the Buddha.

  1. Yes, Lake and Kim, I echo Ajahn Sona’s praise for your beautiful website and the gift of Dhamma to bring to your community. Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu! Anumodana! – Tess (aka Piyadassi)
